Sai Cham reflects on five years of helping members of black, black British, African, and Caribbean communities secure jobs in the clean energy and tech sectors

We joined forces with the King's Trust and Indeed to equip 50 young people with skills to start sustainable careers.
Day one featured hands-on workshops, where aspiring green professionals sharpened their interview skills, perfected CVs and built confidence.
On day two, participants put their new skills to the test in real interviews for organisations including Octopus Energy, Eco Approach, and New Adventures.

“I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do in the future, but being involved in the ‘Seeding Success’ garden has opened a door to a whole new industry. After feeling isolated for such a long time, I now have the confidence, passion and energy needed to fulfil my potential.”

Countryside Ranger

“I’ve always had an interest in working outdoors so am excited that I get to do that for a job now! It feels great to work in a field which I know makes a meaningful difference to wildlife.”
