As a business wishing to advertise open roles on the Jobs that Matter Hub (the “Hub”) (“you”), you must agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”).

Any personal information we collect from you online is stored by us on databases protected through access controls, firewall technology and other appropriate security measures. However, such security measures cannot prevent all loss, misuse or alteration of personal information and we are not responsible for any damage or liability relating to such incidents.

Tech Zero and Octopus Energy may transfer, assign, subcontract, or novate any or all of its rights and obligations under these T&Cs without obtaining your prior consent.

Nothing in these T&Cs shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be lawfully limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Zero and Octopus Energy shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred as a result of participating in the Hub. We are not liable for any losses arising from events beyond our control, or for any indirect, consequential, economic, or financial losses. If Tech Zero and Octopus Energy are found liable for any direct losses you incur, our liability will be capped at £1000 per calendar year.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the Hub will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
